Early life and youth career
Frank was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, on March 6, 1973. He started playing football at a young age and joined the youth academy of Brøndby IF at the age of 12. He progressed through the ranks of the academy and made his senior debut for the club in 1992.
Senior career
Frank spent most of his senior career in Denmark, playing for Brøndby IF, Aalborg BK, and FC Midtjylland. He also played for Crystal Palace in England and Odense Boldklub in Denmark.
