Football transfer rumours: Man Utd switch priority target; Arsenal & Liverpool learn Neves price tag

Manchester United have made Nice and France centre-back Jean-Clair Todibo their priority target for the January transfer window, with the Red Devils keen to bolster their defensive options. (Football Transfers)

In terms of outgoings, Manchester United were first contacted by Juventus about a possible loan deal for Jadon Sancho last week. Saudi Pro League sides Al Nassr and Al Hilal could also enter the race for the winger. (Daily Mail)

Chelsea have made Victor Osimhen a key striker target and he is believed to be open to a move to Stamford Bridge, but Napoli are unlikely to sell him in January and so the Blues may have to wait until the summer. Brentford's Ivan Toney and Club Brugge's Antonio Nusa are also of interest to Chelsea. (Evening Standard)

Arsenal are also keeping an eye on Toney, but are likely to prioritise the signing of a new midfielder in January instead, with Aston Villa's Douglas Luiz at the top of their shortlist. (Daily Mirror)

Benfica are not willing to sell midfield starlet Joao Neves, who is wanted by Arsenal and Liverpool. If they want to sign the 19-year-old, they will have to pay his £105m release clause. (Record)
