The draw for the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League quarter-finals took place on Friday morning as teams from Europe's elite club competition learned their next opponents.
The last-16 ties were filled with drama from start to finish as the top dogs around the continent battled it out for places in the last eight, with defending champions Manchester City, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Arsenal among those still aiming for this season's UCL crown.

Arsenal will have to triumph over Bayern Munich and then one of Real Madrid or Manchester City to reach Wembley's final, while the other pathway will result in one of Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona reaching the showpiece on 1 June.

Eight teams remain in the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League after the completion of the last-16 ties.
Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich were the first clubs to book their spots, eliminating Real Sociedad and Lazio respectively on Tuesday 5 March before Manchester City and Real Madrid bested Copenhagen and RB Leipzig a day later.
Arsenal eventually overturned their first-leg deficit against Porto, seeing off the Portuguese outfit on penalties while Spanish champions Barcelona proved too strong for Italian counterparts Napoli. Last season's runners-up Inter couldn't maintain their advantage over Atletico Madrid as Diego Simeone's outfit progressed on spot-kicks, while Borussia Dortmund dumped out PSV Eindhoven to reach the quarter-finals for the first time in three years.
