Czechia and Turkey are both aiming to secure their place in the last 16 of Euro 2024 when they clash in their final Group F encounter on Wednesday.
Czechia have managed just a point from their opening two matches after a late defeat to Portugal and hard-fought draw with Georgia. However, because of results elsewhere, they will be guaranteed safe passage to the knockout stages should they beat Turkey in their last group match. A draw is unlikely to be enough and will see them finish rock bottom should Georgia beat Portugal.
Meanwhile, Turkey simply have to avoid defeat to guarantee their spot in the next round, finishing in second place behind group winners Portugal. Having lost 3-0 to the 2016 European champions after an opening game victory, Turkey can't leapfrog them in the table.
