- EA FC 25 will be released in late September
- Stars like Kylian Mbappe and Rodri hoping to be highest rated player in game
- Erling Haaland and Aitana Bonmati will also have great stats
EA FC 25 will drop in September, giving football fans worldwide the chance to play as their favourite stars in a variety of different game modes.
Whether it be Ultimate Team or Career Mode, gamers will be spoilt for choice with EA Sports' latest iteration of the long-running series, though this is only its second edition away from FIFA's branding.
While discourse in the past revolved around who would have the higher rating between multiple Ballon d'Or winners Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, this year there will be a few ballers hoping to top the charts.
Here's what we know about EA FC 25's in-game ratings so far.
Confirmed EA FC 25 ratings
Video game enthusiasts are still awaiting official word from EA Sports over the top ratings for the upcoming release, but some Ultimate Team cards have already been unveiled.

These players include former Premier League stars like Eden Hazard, Jamie Carragher and Yaya Toure as well as women's icons Celia Sasic, Fara Williams and Laura Georges.

Rumoured EA FC 25 ratings
EA have not yet confirmed any ratings aside from the 'Dynamic Heroes', but they are expected to drop before the game is released.
The ratings have dropped in mid September in the past and that is expected to be the case once again for EA FC 25. It could be either Friday 13 September or Monday 16 September.
The below ratings have been 'leaked' and circulated on social media, with a number of players set to receive handsome upgrades after impressive years. Jude Bellingham was 86 last year but, after a season in which he delivered clutch moment after clutch moment, the England international could enter the 90s this time around.
However, that wouldn't make the Ballon d'Or hopeful the highest rated player in the game. Various leaks have four players - Rodri, Kylian Mbappe, Erling Haaland and Aitana Bonmati - sharing top spot with 91 overalls.
Spaniards Rodri and Bonmati will jump up by one rating each if the rumours are true, while Mbappe and Haaland retain their scores from EA FC 24. Joining Bellingham on 90 are reportedly Vinicius Junior, Harry Kane, Kevin De Bruyne, Alexia Putellas, Sam Kerr and Caroline Graham Hansen.
Virgil van Dijk is set to be the joint-highest rated defender in the game on 89 - the same score as Liverpool teammate Mohamed Salah - while Lionel Messi is still seen among the world's best at 88. However, it seems like Cristiano Ronaldo's rating will take another hit despite a goal-laden first full campaign in Saudi Arabia in the Saudi Pro League.
There will, of course, be the chance for players to earn improved cards in EA FC 25 through their performances on the pitch during the 2024/25 season. Team of the Week cards reward stars for impressing with boosted stats, while Team of the Year cards are given to the best players of each season.
